How it Works
Custom design Process
To request a custom design, please purchase the black copy of the item you wish to design, along with a description of your design. I will reach out via email to discuss your design and provide mock-ups of your order. Orders will be fulfilled once an agreement about the design has been created.
Additionally, if you would like to request a custom design for a black item that I do not have in the shop, please feel free to send me an email with your request! Once we create a mock-up and an agreement has been created, I will send an invoice for your order.
What You Need to Know
Shipping and Delivery
Typically, I process orders the following business day after ordering. Pre-designed items are made to ship in a short time-frame (typically 1-2 days). Custom designs typically take 1-3 days to solidify the design, and up to 5 business days for production. During periods of high demand or during the holiday season, please allow between 7-14 business days for processing.
The shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. UPSP Priority mail typically takes 3-5 business days after shipping. International shipping outside of the US can take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to customs shipping delays.
I do not guarantee delivery or shipping dates. All dates are estimated.
How it Works
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of my products and my commitment to the designs, I do no offer returns or exchanges. I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send me an email within 3 days after you receive your package with photos of the damaged product clearly showing any defects. From the photographs, I will determine if the product will be replaced, refunded, or neither. If I do not receive communication within 3 days after tracking confirmation or delivery, you will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Please email me with any cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. Email confirmation is required for cancellation. If the order has been processed or shipped, then the cancellation will not be granted and the purchase will not be refunded. Cancellation is not guaranteed, even with an email request.
